Some things never end right? How many times have you said; "When is it going to stop?" With all the challenges we're facing, it's comforting to me to know that what's important about God and His faithfulness, also never stops. Lamentations 3:22-23 - "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."

I love the story of Jesus stilling the storm on the Sea of Galilee. I love the part of the story that while the storm was raging, Jesus was napping. Promises are important right? But the promises of God are amazing. 2 Peter 2:4 tells us that God has given us "exceeding great and precious promises." One of God's promises that is encouraging me today is the one found in 2 Chronicles 7:14 - "If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land." Psalm 86:12 says; "With all my heart I will praise you, O Lord my God. I will give glory to your name forever." Halfheartedness in any area of life is not good and especially in our walk with God.
