Meditation - A Path to Rest
The Bible mentions meditation over twenty times and calls us to meditate on God’s Word. This is a beneficial practice to incorporate into our daily time with God as it provides a mental and emotional rest for us as well as spiritual growth. As we read week two of our Bible plan, "Making Time to Rest," I want us to dig deep and fearless into this powerful spiritual discipline. In the business of today's world it will indeed be challenging. But in the end, it will bring blessing, peace and the rest we need and seek.
